Progress!
So much left, but so much done!
It’s been a minute since the last update … new windows are in, fireplace inserts framed, 1st floor electrical and plumbing near complete, new duct work in place Perhaps most important, the basement drain issue which has surfaced over and over for the entire 23 years we’ve lived there, has been identified. Although we’re not finishing off the basement as part of this project, it does get some significant updates with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
