This is a little off the beaten path but came across my email today from one of my very favorite teachers in the world … though I’ve never met her and she almost certainly doesn’t know me! Though I am unable to attend the October 2026 retreat, Claudia Trojan is a wonderful teacher whose content I highly recommend … this from the email today is quite spot on:
