Teaching Schedule Update
My current offerings at the Y
I’ve put out a lot of free resources for my class participants at the Y (and anyone else who is interested). What I haven’t put together for a while is my actual schedule. I teach at all 3 branches in the Kettle Moraine District (Wisconsin, USA) and as a general rule teach 3 different classes.
Mindful Movement - grounded in qigong, but drawing from other movement practices, this is gentle movement harmonized with the breath.
Meditation - guided meditations on a wide array of topics - topics tend to mirror things going on in my own life.
Moving for Better Balance - this one doesn’t show up on schedules because it runs in 12 week cycles and requires advance registration. Evidence based balance training to reduce fall risk. Centers around 8 modified Tai Chi forms from the Yang 24 form set.
